Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) Jackpot Cream Corn
15 oz Jackpot Kernel Corn drained
8 oz block of cream cheese (softened for 30 minutes at room temp)
4 oz can diced green chilies
2 tablespoons Jackpot Crispy Chili Oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 oz grated cheese blend
4 oz grated parmesan cheese
Equipment:
Medium non-stick pot
Colander
Spatula
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in pot.
2. Cook on medium to medium-low heat, stirring frequently until combined (all cheeses are melted together).
3. Serve immediately or keep warm in crockpot.
4. Use tortilla chips to dip.
