Spicy Artichoke Olive Pizza

Servings: 8

Time: 1 hour & 10 minutes

Temperature: 425° F

 

Ingredients:

1 lb pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup Jackpot Black Olives Sliced, drained

1 cup Jackpot Artichoke Quarters, drained

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Jackpot Black Pepper

2 tablespoons Jackpot Crispy Chili Oil

 

Equipment:

Sheet pan 12”x9”

Large mixing bowl

 

Directions:

1.      Preheat oven to bake at 425° F.

2.      Lightly oil bowl and place dough in it to rise for 45 minutes. Cover with kitchen towel until dough has doubled in size.

3.      Lightly oil sheet pan and spread dough evenly to each corner.

4.      Open cans and drain olives and artichokes.

5.      Spread olives and artichokes over pizza dough.

6.      Spread cheese over pizza.

7.      Sprinkle on black pepper.

8.      Drizzle remaining olive oil on top.

9.      Place pizza in oven, bake for 20 minutes until crust is golden brown.

10. Remove pizza and top with crispy chili oil. Cut and serve.

11. Enjoy!
