Ingredients:
200 g Jackpot Regular Dry Noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Kum Chun Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Megachef Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Jackpot Crispy Chili Oil
2 stalks of finely sliced green onions
Equipment:
Medium pot
Colander
Non-stick frying pan
Directions:
1. Bring medium pot of water to boil.
2. Add noodles and cook 8-9 minutes, stirring about every minute (until al dente).
3. Strain and rinse noodles in colander with warm water, set aside.
4. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
5. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce, stirring until combined.
6. Turn off heat and add noodles to sauce, mixing sauce and noodles completely.
7. Stir in crispy chili oil and green onions.
8. Enjoy!
