Ingredients:
3 cups cooked Extra Premium Sunrise Jasmine Rice
1 can Jackpot Quail Eggs (~18 eggs)
6 teaspoons Jackpot Crispy Chili Oil
Equipment:
Can opener
Small pot
Directions:
1. Open quail eggs and drain liquid.
2. Add eggs to small pot, cover with water, and warm eggs on medium heat for 3 minutes. (Water should come to a simmer.)
3. Scoop cooked rice into serving bowls.
4. Add a few eggs on top of rice.
5. Top with crispy chili oil.
6. Enjoy!
